With her mother a sculptor, her father a writer, and her grandmother a painter, it would seem natural for Laura Gibson to pursue a career in the arts. Instead she began her professional life at IBM. A casual visit to the internationally renowned Tucson Gem Show resulted in Laura finding her true passion, designing hand crafted jewelry with rare and exotic gemstones. Her creations are carried by galleries and fine jewelers across the country.
